These Terms & Conditions govern the use of VehicleProtecto.com and all associated vehicle protection, underwriting, and asset coverage services offered under our platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with the conditions outlined below.
1. Service Scope
VehicleProtecto provides structured vehicle protection solutions including accident coverage, asset valuation shielding, mechanical failure protection, and fleet-level underwriting solutions. Coverage is limited to the plan selected by the user and confirmed at the time of activation.
2. Eligibility
Users must be legally capable of entering binding agreements. Vehicles enrolled must be legally registered and owned or authorized by the applicant. Any misrepresentation may lead to immediate cancellation of coverage.
3. Coverage Rules
Coverage applies only to approved risks defined under the selected protection plan. Unauthorized modifications, illegal usage, racing conditions, or misuse voids all protection eligibility.
4. Asset Valuation Policy
VehicleProtecto applies structured valuation logic based on invoice value confirmation and condition assessment at onboarding. Market fluctuations do not alter agreed insured value during active policy term.
5. Claims Process
All claims must be reported immediately after incident occurrence. VehicleProtecto reserves the right to verify, inspect, and validate damage before settlement approval. Fraudulent claims will result in permanent service termination.
6. Payment & Renewal
Plans are billed annually or monthly depending on selected package. Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of coverage. Renewal terms are communicated prior to expiry cycle.
7. Service Limitations
We are not responsible for indirect losses such as business interruption, emotional distress, or secondary financial damages. Coverage is strictly limited to defined vehicle repair and asset protection scope.
8. System Integrity
Any attempt to manipulate claims, coverage logic, or platform systems will result in immediate termination of all services and potential legal action under applicable jurisdiction laws.
9. Modifications
VehicleProtecto reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
